Before beginning any treatment, we will inform you of the cost involved. We will design a complete payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule to help you achieve the treatment you need and want. We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We also offer an in-house membership plan for our patients without dental coverage. Forms of payment accepted by our office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
